This map below not drawn to scale but will help you get to the La Quinta Hotel (headquarters hotel) from other motels or from downtown Georgetown. The La Quinta is located on the west side of IH-35 and the southbound access road has been changed to one way since our last Texas Tour in Georgetown in 1998.

Coming from the north, take Exit 262 (Lake Georgetown/Andice) and stay on the southbound access road approximately 1.4 miles and the La Quinta is on your right. Coming from the south, take Exit 262 (Austin Avenue) and turn left over the freeway, then go south on the access road 1.4 miles.

If you are pulling a trailer, we have permission to park the trailer and tow vehicle on the grassy area behind the Gabriels Funeral Chapel (immediately next door north of the La Quinta Hotel). Enter the parking lot of the Gabriels Funeral Chapel through the first driveway you come to and pull your vehicle past the building to the grassy area behind the funeral home (west of the building) and unload your Model A. You may leave your tow vehicle and trailer there throughout the convention regardless of where you stay.
