ERA FASHION ENTRANT -
If you will be entering the Era Fashion Event, please
complete the MAFCA Era Fashion Judging Forms by downloading the above
attachment, select open file, print the file, complete forms and return by
June 10, 2011 to _____.
VOLUNTEER ERA FASHION JUDGE -
If you are volunteering as an Era Fashion Judge, there will
be a breakfast meeting at the Fairfield Inn on Friday, June 17 at 7:30 AM. You
will receive your assignments at that time. The coordinator for this event is
_____.
CAR JUDGE -
You will be required to be a Judge if you enter your car
for judging
Car Judges, there will be a breakfast meeting at the
Holiday Inn Express on Friday, June 17 at 7:30 AM. You will receive your
assignments at that time.
SWAP MEET VENDOR -
The swap meet will be located at the Lone Star Convention
Center from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday, June 17. This indoor, one-day swap meet
is intended for Model “A” Era-related items. All items must be clean with no
oil or dirt. Please feel free to bring your own folding table/s/. The $10
charge per table (yours or ours) is used more realistically to offset our rental
cost for the room. The coordinator for the swap meet is _____.
TRAILERS -
Due to space restrictions trailers will not be allowed to
park at your hotel. All trailers will be parked at the Lone Star Convention &
Expo Center before or after you have registered at your hotel. The convention
center is located at FM 3083 and Airport Road, approximately 3.5 miles east of
your hotel.
